How are winners determined?
"Pop It" uses a randomizer algorithm. Much like you would find in a slot machine at a casino. It ensures everyone has an equal and fair chance to win prizes.
Can I save my winnings to use at a later date
Yes, prizes can be stored and redeemed up to 30 days from the date you win. Punchcards and other prizes can be redeemed as long as you have an active "Pop It" user account and are visiting an active "Pop It" business.
How many chances can I get to win?
You are limited to one (1) chance to win per twenty (20) hours at a given business. For additional chances to win all you have to do is visit a different business! In addition, during special promotions and give-aways you can receive bonus chances to win!

Can I offer my items for free on a promotional basis?
You can select the give-aways ratios for each of your products. So if you wanted an item to be won everytime a customer came in all you would have to do is set your ratio to "100" on that product.
Does Pop It mandate I give-away certain items?
One of our core philosophies is giving back and creating a fun experience. To do this, we require all businesses have at least one (1) active give-away. However, what you give-away and at what ratio is completely up to you.
How will a "Pop It" user redeem something they have won at my location?
A "Pop It" user will present their mobile phone at the time of redemption. From there one of your staff members will make note of the redemption and enter their staff name or initials and click redeem on the "Pop It" app on the users mobile device. The item will then leave the system, ensuring it cannot be redeemed again.

What happens after the no cost Beta Launch period?
After your no cost beta partner period, you will be given the option to stay on the "Pop It" platform. We know you will see the value and merit of being part of the "Pop It" network to choose to continue to be a part of it.
How do I change my plan?
After your no cost beta partner period, you will be given the option to stay on the "Pop It" platform. Should you choose to, you can then adjust your plan clicking the "Business Login" bottom on the top right of our homepage.
Can I upgrade in the middle of a billing month?
Yes, anytime you wish you can upgrade your plan for an immediate change.
How can I get support for an item?
